Terms of sale

Prices are in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST unless stated, and come from the price book in force on the day. Prismatic cell prices moved more than 20% in six months during 2026, so every quote carries a validity of seven days and prints it. Past validity we re-strike rather than honour a stale price.

A price shown in the configurator is computed live and is not cached beyond the price book's validity window.

Orders up to ₹2,00,000 ex-GST pay online by UPI, card or netbanking.

Above ₹2,00,000 we do not use a payment gateway. Those orders follow a proforma invoice with 40% on confirmation and 60% before dispatch, by NEFT or RTGS. This is not an inconvenience we impose: gateway charges on a ₹12.5 lakh order would be about ₹29,500, and that is a cost you would end up carrying.

Configured systems may take a booking deposit to reserve a build slot. The deposit is adjusted against the advance.

Title passes on receipt of full payment. Risk passes on delivery to the consignee at the ship-to address.

Lead times are stated per product and run from the date a confirmed order and the advance are both received. They are our honest estimate and not a guarantee against force majeure, cell supply or transport disruption.

Each pack carries the warranty years stated on its product page, against manufacturing defect and against capacity falling below 80% of rated within the stated cycle count at the stated depth of discharge.

The warranty does not cover damage from installation outside the manual, operation outside the temperature and current limits, water ingress beyond the stated IP rating, or a pack whose BMS logs show sustained operation outside its window. The gateway telemetry is what lets us resolve these claims on evidence rather than argument.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
